In 2005 the WORLD FIRST NIGHT of the ballet “THE GRAND WALTZ” in the Moscow Concert Hall named after P.I. Tchaikovsky triggered a new wave of repressions, which was a punishment for creative links with Russian theatre art.

In November 2005 the chief investigator of the procurator's office Alexander Mgeladze came to interrogate without any legal ground Tamaz Vashakidze's wife Nino Kitia at the intensive care department of the maternity hospital where she was kept with their newborn son Nikoloz.
