Direct threat
Tamaz Vashakidze asks to take into account, that he is the only breadwinner in the family (there are three children aged respectively 3 y.o., 2 y.o. and two months old), and in the event of the arrest his wife and his children will be deprived of means of living. The procurator's department and later the court disregard this request.
Reply of investigator À. Mgeladze: he will be imprisoned, his wife will be deprived of the apartment, and the children will be taken to the asylum. The threat of imprisonment, according to Mgeladze's hints, in fact, means the threat of physical violence.
